1. The organizational structure and decision-making authority are overly centralized: Family and personal connections within the company are relatively close.
2. Final decision-making authority for cross-departmental or creative-related projects is highly concentrated in the hands of a single core manager.
3. Extremely high communication costs: The core manager’s communication style tends to be subjective and direct. When faced with unexpected questions, they often respond with challenging rhetorical questions and frequently use a negative tone. Strong psychological resilience is required when communicating with them.
4. Project priorities are not fixed. Internal reviews often become more intensive or involve substantial adjustments only during the final stage, such as shortly before project completion, which can easily create sudden schedule pressure.
