There are no advantages at all.
Cons
The interview was for a design and graphic arts position, but the actual job was as a laser operator and CNC operator. On top of that, the machines had numerous problems. When something went wrong, they did not first investigate the issue; instead, they immediately blamed the employees. They also had no concept that training costs are to be expected when new employees operate the machines.
