The salary in the recruitment ad doesn’t match reality: it says 40K, but then it becomes 30K–25K to start??? They keep brainwashing you that the pressure is very high, and you still have to work 12 hours. They brainwash you into believing that only by seriously generating orders will you get bonuses. Are so many jobs made to be like sales positions now??? The key point is that it says 40K and then becomes 30K—such a scam. Nowadays, even job hunting is full of recruiting spin.
