The interview includes questions about machining.
First, you take a written test (the test is different for CAD/CAM engineers and CNC milling machine engineers).
For example:
What are the conditions for precise machining? Tool holders, collets, cutting tools, runout.
Tool identification.
Dimensional measurements must be accurate.
Measuring a finished product weighing one pressure gram.
What to pay attention to when machining an object.
Afterward, they ask about your work experience.
Your reasons for leaving your previous job.
Whether you have a girlfriend or wife, and whether overtime would affect your relationship.
For work skills, say whatever you know.
They will also ask about your salary requirements.
Example: 26,000 during the probationary period, 30,000 after passing probation.
If you do not pass the probationary period, they may ask you to leave at any time.
Lunch is provided. There is a water dispenser, an electric fan, and a reclining chair.
If applying for a CAD/CAM engineer position, bringing a portfolio will get you criticized (do not bring drawings from another company).
If applying for a CNC milling machine engineer position, answer the questions normally, take a tour of the workplace, and if they like you, you will be hired.
