The company’s systems are a complete mess·Even certain people without job titles can wander around “interfering in everything and bossing everyone around”! They have no sense of hierarchy·They abuse their seniority……They wear a perpetually sour expression·And the so-called managers love hearing flattery·At Kaisun, even if you can’t do your job·as long as you know how to curry favor and sweet-talk people, everything will go smoothly (When a nation is about to perish·there will be omens of evil)

A few days after the interview, I was notified that I had been accepted. Later, when I proactively asked about the onboarding information, which had not yet been provided, they told me that this position might not actually be available. They then clearly set a certain date by which they would give me an update and said they would call to notify me regardless of whether there was an opening, but there was still no news… (I already knew the answer in my heart.)
Whether the position genuinely was unavailable or they found someone more suitable, was it really impossible to let me know? I don't know what the difficulty was. They even asked me to leave a two-week gap to accommodate the onboarding date. I must have been crazy. This is how your company handles matters…
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to interview, which allowed me to experience such a special experience!

The team leader downstairs does not speak English and cannot communicate with foreign workers. Embarrassed and angry, they curse in Chinese, revealing their own shortcomings.

1. Disorganized management system
2. The company's machines often malfunction, and upper management often blames employees
