The boss is often absent, so there is relatively less pressure
But when the boss is there, the pressure is relatively greater
There are small bonuses, generally less than 1,000
1. Regarding the contract
The minimum service period is two years; if you resign, you have to pay 100,000.
(Do not sign impulsively; think it through carefully.)
(It is recommended not to sign, because two years is really difficult.)
2. University and master's fresh graduates who join will not earn more than 30,000.
(Think it through carefully.)
3. Salary increases
In my case, +1,000 after three months,
then +500 after another three months.
(Those with strong abilities should be able to get a larger increase.)
Another master's graduate had still not received any raise after six months.
4. Few employees, many projects
There are fewer than four employees (including the boss).
So you will be very busy, because there will be no days off. Also, how much money each project earns will never be disclosed because of confidentiality agreements.
5. How much salary, to maintain the cost-performance ratio
Example: Someone joined with a salary of 30,000 and wanted to give it a try. Before becoming familiar with the environment, they were required to complete one project every two to three days (they resigned after two days).
6. The so-called training
They write a little on the whiteboard and give you examples from the internet. Occasionally, if you cannot finish something, they do it for you, then feel that they have spent a great deal of time educating and training you. Therefore, the ability to self-learn is very important.
7. Be careful when resigning
The company has surveillance cameras and will expose all your faults when you resign, so everyone should absolutely not violate company rules at work. Otherwise, do not resign; find a way to get the company to fire you. But I am a good child and do not want to do something so despicable.
8. Toilet paper is rationed
Company policy says toilet paper may only be used in the restroom and cannot be taken from the restroom for personal use. You have to prepare your own in the office.
9. Regarding business trips
If you do not drive the company car yourself and take transportation to a business trip, you can receive a lunch allowance. But if you can drive and take the company car, lunch will not be subsidized. The reason is that driving is comfortable and not as tiring as taking public transportation.
10. Perfect-attendance bonus
The perfect-attendance bonus is included in the low salary.
