Pros
The salary is considered high among graphic design companies in Taichung, making it suitable for employees who do not have much of their own direction for the future.
Cons
There is relatively little room for creative development, and the supervisor may be somewhat too subjective. During the interview, I felt that they did not make much effort to listen attentively, so the experience was not very good.
