Read the community guidelinesPros: I really can't think of any.
Frequent verbal bullying, habitually shouting at and berating people, and uneven distribution of work. During the interview, they make the job sound very appealing, but after you start working, they begin making all kinds of unreasonable demands. There is a strange culture of flattering supervisors, and no promotion system. Because long-term employees never leave, you will always be the least experienced person. This is the first time I've encountered a workplace where packing orders is timed, and where employees are even suspected of slacking off. They put all kinds of pressure on you and expect you to absorb it, and the environment is so neurotic that it almost made me mentally ill.
Maybe because the end of the year is approaching, they don't want to pay bonuses, so they indirectly intensify the bullying to pressure you into stepping down and resigning voluntarily.
I advise anyone considering working there to think twice.
