山田順精機股份有限公司
Pros

1. The salary is mediocre, relying mainly on quarterly bonuses.

2. The company colleagues are all pretty good, and get along fairly harmoniously (excluding some supervisors).

3. Sometimes you can get opportunities to strengthen your body at work (pulling weeds under the sun).

4. You can "additionally" learn about the work of some other departments (each department is short-staffed and needs to borrow personnel from other departments for support).

Cons

1. Family-owned business, with relatives and favorites of the royal family.

2. There are 10-minute breaks at 10:00 and 15:00. After clocking out at 17:00 every day, employees must clean for approximately 15–30 minutes. On the last working day of each week, they must do a "major" cleaning for approximately 30–60 minutes.

(An unspoken rule is that you cannot leave too early. The general manager sometimes stands by the office window observing employees as they leave work.)

3. Every department "must" hold training sessions (classes) each month. They take place after the 17:00 end of the workday. Not attending the training "may" result in a deduction of points, which "may" affect the quarterly bonus.

4. Some supervisors are extremely emotional; there are factions among department heads, who target one another and shift responsibility back and forth.

5. Overtime pay is not paid according to the stipulated 1.34 and 1.67 rates;

for example, 8 hours of overtime on a holiday does not pay more than 8 hours of regular work—in fact, it pays less than working on a normal weekday (think carefully before accepting overtime).

6. The number of special leave days is calculated according to the company’s internal formula. Depending on the month you join, there may be issues involving deducted days and reduced seniority (joining in January is recommended, as there is generally less dispute).

7. Unprofessional people with no relevant education, work experience, or logical reasoning are placed in unsuitable positions.

8. The company promotes a politeness campaign. Some supervisors say to respect others, but are unable to do so themselves.

9. The results of company employee votes are modified and adjusted at any time according to the general manager’s mood.

10. It is difficult to apply for office supplies. The personnel responsible for purchasing treat employees with noticeably different attitudes and efficiency depending on the department’s supervisor.

After reading all of the above, if you are interested, you can give it a try.
