Read the community guidelinesThe interview at this factory made me feel as though I had accidentally walked into a gang headquarters to apply to become a foot soldier... How should I put it?
The place was dimly lit and filled with cigarette smoke. The interviewer, a rather imposing-looking master, tilted his mouth and cocked his head. Holding a cigarette in one hand and waving the résumé I had handed him with the other, he kept shaking his head and said: “The work here isn’t easy, you know. Even after 3–5 years, you might not learn much...”
Even now, I still wonder whether I actually went to a gang headquarters for that interview. Then I saw that this company was hiring again and couldn’t help but smile to myself: if you can’t learn much even after 3–5 years, of course people will leave~
Also, although a factory isn’t the same as an office and the emphasis is on hands-on work, do you really have to make the atmosphere feel like *Monga*?
