It's easy to take time off.
Cons
The boss and shareholders all serve as managers in the company, and everyone says something different. If you don't do things according to what they say, you become a scapegoat. They deduct pay arbitrarily over the slightest thing. Pregnant employees are also singled out, and colleagues who help them are targeted as well. There is no order or consistency in how things are done.
