The base salary is 28k, adjusted to 32k after the three-month probationary period. Once a week, you have to go to a company-operated store to collect money, which involves moving a lot of heavy coins. You also have to carry heavy laundry detergent. I really don't know whether I'm a salesperson or a laborer. In addition, the bonuses for opening stores are very small, so it feels very demotivating. The company also seems to lack any real internal systems, and the boss often has the final say on everything. Thankfully, I resigned after less than a week and quickly escaped this ordeal.
