The company is in a traditional industry and is family-run.
1. The interviewer calculated my name, birth details, zodiac sign, blood type, family relationships, and who I am closer to in my family right in front of me; they even said, “Girls of this zodiac sign are really difficult to deal with.”
2. They asked me to translate from Chinese into English on the spot, then criticized the translation for being poor, only to contradict themselves later by saying, “I don’t know how to translate this either” and “There’s no standard answer for this.” It was criticism for the sake of criticizing.
3. They were incoherent. My English test scores and work experience were already listed; ten seconds earlier they had said, “So your English is pretty good,” and then ten seconds later asked me, “How is your English?”
4. The recruitment website did not say that a driver’s license was required, and the job did not involve working off-site. After learning that I did not have a driver’s license, the interviewer and the “family member” beside them criticized my “values/life philosophy” and said things like, “A driver’s license can save someone’s life” and “Have you never experienced a major disaster?” I couldn’t be bothered to tell them that I could afford to take taxis.
4. When I told them that since my personality traits were not what they needed, I also had my own considerations and thought there was no need to waste each other’s time, the interviewer responded, “It’s not that we can’t hire you” and “So you’re giving up?”
Overall, the interview felt extremely disrespectful of people and their privacy, and the interviewer was incoherent and lacked focus.

The interview process had no substance at all, and the HR representative was not even familiar with the company’s own services.
They then claimed that the boss had an important client to attend to and ended the interview abruptly.
It felt like they simply asked the applicant to come in, fill out the forms, and then dismissively sent them away. It was extremely disrespectful.
They even asked the interviewee, “Would it be too direct if I put it this way?”
If the applicant’s relevant work experience did not meet their requirements, they could have said so at the outset to avoid wasting both parties’ time. Instead, after having the applicant come to the company and complete the forms, they simply asked them to leave. The attitude was extremely poor, and applying to this company is not recommended.
The HR contact was good.
If you want to be humiliated, go ahead.
The receptionist was friendly.
The office occupies roughly the first and second floors of a townhouse, with about fifteen employees. Relevant experience is essentially a prerequisite that must be evaluated. In addition, the person in charge places great importance on the influence of zodiac signs and astrology on work. He is a capable middle-aged man, but gives people a critical impression. Those who want to gain experience can give it a try if they have the opportunity to join, though the impression given to outsiders is that you can only get in if your energy is compatible.
