Read the community guidelinesYou only need to work overtime before the Lunar New Year; normally, you can leave on time.
There usually isn't too much work to do, and the pay is okay.
You can use your phone while working.
The work atmosphere is very boring and the work is monotonous—truly an absolutely perfect place to coast until retirement. You have to arrive ten minutes early; if you exceed the required time, you lose your perfect-attendance bonus. It is a very inhumane and inflexible company. Annual leave is not handled according to the Labor Standards Act. It has only been slightly improved in the past two years. You have to clean on Wednesdays and Fridays, and there is also a major cleaning before the Lunar New Year holiday. You work in the basement, the company computers are shared, and whether there are bonuses or gift boxes for the three major festivals is uncertain. This is a family business with very little structure. Oh, and there is one long-serving employee who, if you upset him or he dislikes you, will deliberately give you a bad performance review and make things difficult for you. Anyway, communicating with the boss and the others is definitely useless because he is an OG, lol.
