Read the community guidelinesColleagues are all very friendly and willing to help one another. The activities and people you interact with come from all walks of life, so you can learn about many interesting things. Because the job requires traveling to other places to organize events or attend meetings, you use your driving skills extensively, and they improve considerably as a result.
The supervisor believes that the company should not be responsible for the costs of your learning and mistakes, so they only provide very meager overtime pay (or sometimes none at all). During busy months, overtime is routinely required and may exceed four hours (depending on your abilities ^^).
The boss doesn’t deliberately make things difficult~ It feels like they genuinely want to hire employees. The boss also said they’re looking for work partners, not just people to do the work.
A very, very small company. There is one manager at the Taitung office, and I feel there are no more than three employees. There are many complicated administrative tasks. The main business is upgrading the tourism industry through government tenders. At the Taitung office, because they also operate a travel agency and plan to open a shop on the first floor selling cultural and creative products, it feels like the workload will be extremely, extremely demanding. The manager said that when you first join, you’re expected to learn, so spending a lot of time working overtime to study and learn on your own is normal and necessary—and the salary is only the minimum wage. I don’t think that’s very reasonable.
