The company is clean and bright, not busy, and everyone is easy to get along with.

The company is registered at the same address as another company that primarily sells department-store products. If you apply for a graphic design position, in addition to graphic design work, you will also have to manage online e-commerce, shipping, the warehouse, customer reception, answering phone calls, creating mold drawings, photography, and photo editing. Once a month, you will also have to help at the factory next door with the major office cleaning and making cooler bags. The company has a clear gray area when it comes to creativity and plagiarism.

The company has its own procurement system, shipping system, and e-commerce website set up by outside vendors, but the senior staff in the company are not very familiar with how to use them. When you are extremely flustered, the only person you can ask is the young accountant.

Basically, this is a job you can get as long as you know basic graphic design. Your abilities will not improve at all while working there, but you can earn a stable income and work there steadily until retirement.

The workload is light, making it suitable for retirement (if you can last that long).

The office is fairly clean, and the lighting is also good.

It’s a family business, so there’s no salary increase to look forward to. I asked around about my coworkers’ salaries, and even those who have worked there for many years still earn about the same as I did when I first joined the company.

Depending on where you’re assigned to sit in the office, you may smell the boss’s secondhand smoke.

Although he has never spoken to me this way directly, the boss doesn’t speak very nicely in private. I often hear him complain about clients, and employees from other companies in the same building have also complained to me that the boss criticized their appearance to their faces.

When I joined the company, the benefits explicitly stated that there was a perfect-attendance bonus. However, even though I had perfect attendance for several months, I didn’t receive it. Only after I asked did they say that the bonus was available only to the workers at the factory next door who had perfect attendance. (To this day, I still don’t understand the logic behind this??????)
