Pros

Sharing about the Taoyuan Bade plant:

Most of the coworkers are nice.

That's all.

Cons

At the beginning of the interview, they said overtime would only be occasional.

After joining, everyone works overtime until 8 p.m. every day??

Every day, we have to write a daily log, and every week, a weekly report.

Of the meetings, only about 10 minutes are meaningful.

The rest is spent listening to people at the front sharing their reading reflections.

Every Friday morning, we either have to do elderly exercise routines or attend a book club.

It really is elderly exercise, and there's also a huge TV moved to the area in front of the warehouse.

Everyone has to do elderly exercises in a sweltering, completely unshaded plaza.

At the book club, they show everyone a mainland Chinese YouTuber telling stories.

After listening to him, people are randomly selected to go on stage and share their reflections.

Now they've added another task: because there are many rats and mosquitoes in the warehouse,

every Friday, we have to carry a pesticide sprayer and spray chemicals.

We have to take turns, and we're required to leave work on time.

Every Monday morning, we all have to clean together.

It's a very large sheet-metal warehouse.

The first floor is the warehouse, and the second floor is the office.

The air conditioning is sometimes freezing and sometimes hot.

The interior of the workplace is built using lots of plastic partitions.

When an order or a return order comes in, once it's entered,

you have to keep going up and down the stairs.

The job title sounds nice: an accountant who is incredibly busy.

In reality, it's a job that works you like a slave.

They will ask you to sign a guarantee.

The contents are extremely bizarre. Basically, it says that if the company believes you stole money and sues you,

you may not object, and your spouse cannot sign it.

So if you've been framed, all you can do is accept your fate and wait to be sued and pay damages...?

Anyone considering interviewing or working there should think it through carefully.

The accountants are constantly working overtime.

The delivery drivers are also constantly working overtime.

They seem to be quite used to it too.

Oh, and one more thing: on the second floor, you can only use the toilet for urinating.

If you need to have a bowel movement or have diarrhea, you can only go to the distant warehouse on the other side.

The company benefits may appear plentiful, that's true.

Only after you start working there do you realize how much of a slave you are.

Pros

Eat, eat, eat

Cons

There will be senior colleagues who keep asking internal staff for assistance, and you are not allowed to use all of your annual leave.

Internal staff will be asked to pack orders and handle documents for the company's online platform.

Administration is required to deal with miscellaneous matters at the stores.

Pros

The interviewer was friendly

Cons

The company is a distributor, and it was very hot inside the metal building.

There were many rules requiring us to write logs.

I also heard that someone left after working for just one day.
