Extremely high turnover. A company with no separation between work and personal life
None
- Made the applicant wait for an hour
- The job description stated that there were two days off per week, but only during the interview was the applicant told that they would need to conduct inventory checks at retail outlets on weekends, and that the position was under a responsibility-based work system. When asked whether the applicant could accept this, the applicant replied that they would not be in Taipei on weekends, after which the interviewer said, “Oh, then that’s that. Thank you,” and ended the interview.
- During the waiting period, people kept entering the meeting room to get water and make tea.
The receptionist is very pretty.
The company makes it clear that there is no distinction between working hours and off hours, requiring employees to handle work matters at any time after work and on holidays. Even at midnight, if a customer sends an email or message, employees must report it immediately and promptly respond in the company LINE group; otherwise, they will be reprimanded by their supervisor.
