Treated as a guinea pig

I was informed three days in advance that there would be an interview that day. When I went there, HR said they hadn’t reviewed my application.

I had to fill in my personal information. The position required working overtime on holidays and typhoon days.

This wasn’t mentioned on the job site either. I’m really speechless.

Pros

The supervisor is the only good person here; a great place to train yourself not to use your brain.

Cons

The senior employees at the company really need to be respected, so please respect them. The work efficiency is so astonishing that it will completely change your perspective.

Cons

1. I applied for a full-time position, but only after the entire interview process did they say that it was actually a short-term contract position. What a waste of my time. The job bank posting also did not indicate that they were looking for contract workers.

2. It was a video interview, but they did not even adjust the camera properly. Both the HR interviewer and the supervisor stayed out of the camera’s view, so throughout the entire interview I was speaking to the ceiling. It felt extremely disrespectful to the applicant, and the experience was absolutely terrible.

Even if I were offered the position, I would not show up for work.
