Cons
I interviewed for the horticulture department. They hoped employees could support one another with their work. One day of on-call duty per month is paid as regular wages rather than overtime, which does not comply with the new regulations. During the first month’s probationary period, the daily wage, when converted, is lower than the statutory minimum hourly and monthly wages.
