A rarely seen stingy company
The company is fairly comfortable internally.
To get straight to the point: They invited me to an interview through 104. During the interview, I took a written test, followed by an interview with HR. Only after it ended did they tell me that the manager was in a meeting or training (I don’t remember). I was completely stood up, and although they said they would arrange a second interview, they never notified me.
I traveled all the way to Neihu in heavy rain for the interview, only to be stood up. It felt awful. They didn’t even notify me of the result—an extremely disrespectful x company. It felt like they were just casually looking at candidates. Why arrange an interview and then stand someone up?
I suggest not wasting your time. Terrible company.
The company environment is pretty good.
The interview was held on the third floor, which felt like it had a corrugated metal roof and was very hot.
The salary and benefits are really not very good—enough to get by, but not enough for a quality of life.
