Read the community guidelinesThe monthly salary is generally higher than at ordinary companies.
Although the monthly salary is higher than at ordinary companies, a company that is constantly hiring should make you stay alert. This is a company with no benefits, no company culture, and no vision. As long as the boss does not like you or you have no value to them, they can fire you at any time without needing a reason. Because they pay severance, it is completely legal. Very few employees stay at the company for more than a year. The employees here tend to be older; some were brought back and reused after being fired by other companies. These people are either taking a paycheck without contributing or watching from the sidelines to protect themselves. Do not expect any sense of loyalty or teamwork here. In short, once you board the X ship, you are on your own.
The company's hygiene is also less than ideal. Often, opening the microwave may cause cockroaches to fall out. The necessary office supplies are never fully stocked, so it is faster to bring your own. The computers provided by the company are invariably chaotic and disorganized. Because of the rapid employee turnover, there is no IT support to set things up for you, nor is there any real training.
The starting salary is higher than at other companies; see below for the reason......
1. Upstream departments can never complete all the information required before shipment. They are always changing all the packaging methods right before shipment. The shipment volume is extremely high, and document and warehouse operations require a very strong heart, because everything you can think of—whether computer operations or packaging materials—is changed, changed, and changed. Working overtime has no meaning at all; the work is always completed only at the very last possible receiving time. All of this will make you question your life and waste your time.
2. In this company, the unbelievable thing is that even though an ERP system has been implemented, shipments still require maintaining two sets of records, and you must remember to update them into one set. Shipment data is abundant and complicated, leaving employees no chance to catch their breath. How can anyone have the mental capacity to calm down and think about updating it? Because.....you are still reworking the packaging, right?
3. Always putting out fires; your specialized, professional work can never be properly carried out.
If you are enthusiastic about rework and like having your working hours repeatedly compressed while being unable to control your own progress, you are welcome to jump in.
