The company is located near an MRT station
The job description explained by the interviewer was not consistent with what was described over the phone.
Simply put, they are looking for someone to do miscellaneous tasks and translation.
The duties include: translating for the boss / replying to Chinese-English emails, assisting accounting with bookkeeping, enrolling employees in labor and health insurance, issuing salaries,
assisting the sales department with entering sales/purchase orders, and handling various other company-related matters (meetings, mail handling, venue rentals, and shipping-related tasks).
An English translation and conversation test will be conducted on site. (You need to listen carefully to the interviewer's accent.)
It is apparent that this is a family business (which has both advantages and disadvantages).
The interviewer worked overtime until 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, but said that this position allows for normal working hours (questionable).
The above is an objective evaluation, provided for anyone who may find it useful.
