Read the community guidelinesThe boss and colleagues are all quite easy to get along with, and they take the time to teach you anything you don’t understand. Overtime is more common only during the busy season. Occasionally, they’ll treat everyone to lunch or afternoon tea. If you want to learn, it’s a pretty good place to work. If you work hard, the boss is quite willing to give you opportunities.
I’m not sure whether this counts as a drawback, but because it’s a small factory, you have to learn both the work inside and outside the facility. If you’re not interested in learning, you may find it quite tiring.
