Pros
The work is quite flexible, and there isn’t too much oversight. It’s relatively easy and not difficult, and most colleagues are also easy to get along with.
Cons
1. A small traditional manufacturing company. After the salary adjustment following the probationary period, there have been no further increases. The extent of salary increases and promotions is limited.
2. Some shareholders who also work as employees like to nitpick and make things difficult at work.
