1. There are malicious people who spread rumors and cause trouble.
2. If the boss thinks you have no value, you’ll be told to pack your things and go home the very next day.
3. The boss shamelessly flatters himself, claiming that his company is a happy workplace; if employees can’t stay, it’s the employees’ problem.
