A bicycle parts company with very few employees, where each person is expected to do the work of three. There are only two or three people on the processing line, and they work overtime every day. If you are considering applying for this position, think carefully. In addition, this position does not provide the legally mandated number of annual leave days in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. There is little product development, and more than two-thirds of the customers are domestic. There is also no need to find new customers, so there may be little opportunity for growth even after staying in the job for three years. The suppliers they work with have also been partners for a long time. The managers are all closely related to the owner, and the female sales manager is easily emotional. If you simply want a job, this company may be suitable for you if you do not expect a high salary.
