The company's staff are almost all the owner's relatives; it is essentially a family business and is very hostile toward people they are unfamiliar with. I don't understand why they still want to hire people who are not related to them.
When working at the company, you cannot question anything the company does. Otherwise, you will be considered to be disloyal to the company. They insist that the customer is always right and make it seem as though any problem is the customer's fault—never the company's.
The company's accountant loves reporting minor matters to the owner's wife. No matter what employees do, she secretly reports it to the owner's wife and is extremely nosy.
As long as they dislike you, they will find all kinds of reasons to fire you. I advise everyone not to join this company; it will drain your energy and waste your time.
