The interview content differs greatly from the actual work. The employer did not enroll me in labor and health insurance on my start date, only doing so a week later. My full salary was not reported for insurance purposes, and there were many stated reasons for deductions from employees’ pay. The employer described the benefits very favorably, but having experienced them, I can only say that it is better not to go if you can avoid it. After all, this is dispatched work, so you have to follow the factory’s rules. If problems are not understood in the actual work, once something happens afterward, there will be endless fines. There are many pitfalls and details that require attention.
