Pros
Freedom, not much performance pressure, leaving work on time
Cons
You have to teach yourself all the product knowledge and ask when you don't understand. When you encounter product-related problems, only the section manager and engineering department will help. Also, senior employees only criticize after the fact without actually helping. Sales staff also have to make deliveries, which is exhausting, and the salary is a bit low.
