The supervisor's technical skills still need improvement. I strongly advise people who want to learn something not to come to this company, because you will be shocked by how poor the supervisor's abilities can be.
(Engineer) The interview process was fairly pleasant, and they also discussed the interview questions.
After notifying me that I had been accepted, they said I had to wait while HR handled the relevant matters.
I kept calling to ask about the progress.
In the end, they made me wait a month before saying that they had misunderstood the number of openings at the time and that there were no positions available anymore.
I feel that they wasted a month of my time waiting for no reason, and in the end I had to call them myself to find out.

Many interview managers conduct the interviews, and the questions are very diverse, almost like playing a game—but only a game, with essentially no professional differentiation. 1. They did not ask specialized questions corresponding to the requirements of the position. For example, they asked an artist customer-service-related questions. The written test had the same issue.
2. They asked whether they could keep the portfolio after reviewing it.
3. There were several managers present, making the interview feel quite formal, but half of the time was spent talking about dreams.
