This is an old-school company. The boss may have made a lot of money in the past, so many people come to discuss business with him, but often they are just pointless discussions.
The hardware and facilities are all very basic, so don't expect much, including the desks, chairs, and air conditioning. The restrooms are terrible, and even broken lights are not repaired.
Payday is the 10th, unlike at most companies.
The perfect-attendance bonus is as high as 3,500. Although it is deducted proportionally, it still feels very unfair.
The transition to the internet is progressing slowly, and there is not enough SENSE. Seeing many of the designs is extremely frustrating. The company has no dedicated designer, yet it sells Hilton products, which feels rather incongruous. More professional people who join will need a lot of patience.
Everyone in the company works independently, so there is not much sense of unity. There are also separate cliques within each department.
The middle-aged customer service ladies are extremely noisy, so you need patience to stay here.
The company has long relied on TV shopping to make money, so the people in that department also have a tough time. The transition to livestreaming is underway, and there is probably still a long way to go.
The company as a whole is very chaotic, with a traditional-industry style. People who can be self-reliant and stand on their own are more likely to fit in here. There are no rules or basic introductions; no one even reminds you to bring your bankbook for payroll transfers.
You can stay here to make money, but the workday really starts early, making it a good fit for people who enjoy a military-style lifestyle.
