Pros
The Tainan plant has a large site, and the company provides plain water to drink.
You can order boxed lunches at noon.
Cons
In the Electrical and Mechanical Integration Department, several colleagues have an unpleasant tone when guiding and training others. Some colleagues who have been with the company for 2–3 years still do not take the lead in on-site testing and maintenance, and may even question you in return. I dislike the feeling of being worn down like this.
