2. Overtime pay is provided for overtime work on both weekdays and holidays (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act).
3. The company subsidizes training for professional certifications. If training takes place on a holiday, employees may apply for compensatory leave or overtime pay (one of the two).
4. Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses: 0.5 month of salary each; year-end bonus: currently at least 1 month of salary.
5. Annual company banquet: held in rotation in Taipei, Zhubei, and Taichung. If it is your turn to go to northern Taiwan, you may apply for accommodation expenses or transportation expenses for the return trip that day.
6. Domestic and overseas employee trips are available.
7. When traveling for business meetings, company vehicles are available for use.
8. Worship ceremonies are held on the second and sixteenth days of each lunar month. After the offerings (snacks) have been used in the ceremony, employees may enjoy them.
1. Employees may be required to take shifts during the Lunar New Year holiday.
2. Because the plant has relatively few employees, mutual support is frequently required (we are all in this together). If someone takes leave, you will also need to cover their work.
3. Since the products are gases, forklifts must be used to move gas cylinders. Sometimes, it is also necessary to roll the gas cylinders manually.
