Builds resilience
Low pay. A stingy company that wants to use the cheapest option for everything, and whose product quality is also terrible. The boss rarely comes to the office, does not manage anything at all, and there are no systems in place. The company likes to exploit loopholes in the law. It keeps wanting to expand and grow the company’s performance, but wants to accomplish the most with the least manpower. They haven’t even filled all the positions, yet they keep taking on clients. They describe their vision as grand, but all the employees scoff at it.
There is no overtime pay, no bonuses, and the year-end bonus is extremely small. Even taking leave depends on the supervisor’s mood. The manager is emotional and frequently loses their temper and berates people, showing favoritism toward those they personally like. They are extremely stingy about money; even when requesting reimbursement, you have to endure a barrage of questions. They are unreasonable, contradict themselves, and reverse their own rules, causing the company’s SOPs to become a complete mess. The boss allows the manager to behave this way and does nothing about it.
You are often required to do things unrelated to your job. One person is expected to do the work of three: packaging, taking inventory, and organizing goods. There are goods stored across at least five floors, yet there is not even a single inventory scanner. You have to do all kinds of miscellaneous tasks. Although the company hires outside cleaners, it still treats employees like elementary school students: everyone has to clean every morning, and there is even a duty roster. Answering the phone, receiving guests, making tea, mailing letters, and taking out the trash are all part of the job, and being a few seconds late will get you yelled at.
The turnover rate is already approaching a 100% hiring rate. Anyone who is short on money or looking for work can come here.
