There aren't many employees, but everyone is united and easy to get along with.
The owner and the owner's wife don't micromanage; as long as you complete the assigned tasks, that's fine.
Regarding salary and raises, they are very generous. If you do a good job, you will receive a raise without needing to ask.
The owner will notice and automatically give you a raise (not just one or two hundred dollars).
They prefer younger people who live nearby, within a 20-minute commute.
The owner worries that you will be too tired commuting to and from work, so there are no issues with being late to work.
Work starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. Occasionally being 10 minutes late is okay,
but don't be late too often or excessively.
At noon, you can go out to buy food at 11:30 a.m.
(There are many factories nearby, but few places to eat.)
The owner treats employees extremely well. The key is to treat each other well.
The location is somewhat remote,
but transportation is fairly convenient.
You can reach the company via the provincial highway or Provincial Highway 64.
There are many intersections along the way, so never speed or rush through them.
There are mostly small trucks and buses on the road.
Pay attention to traffic signals (traffic lights).
