The attitude was very arrogant. Throughout the conversation, no matter what the other person said, they acted superior from beginning to end. Later, they even used a singer as an analogy and asked me:
“Do you think Hebe would endorse your brand?”
I responded at the time, “That’s true,” and jokingly said, “Maybe you’d have a chance if it were for charity.”
The other person suddenly became very angry and said, “Why would she do charity work for you?”
I didn’t understand what they were angry about; their emotional control was clearly problematic.
After that, they mentioned, “Maybe the questions I asked were too deep for you to understand,” which made me feel that their overall attitude was arrogant and disrespectful.
In addition, when discussing the issue of launching the brand on e-commerce platforms, I asked, “Would the revenue count as ours?” (I wanted to understand the details of the commission or licensing fees.) The other person replied in an extremely impatient tone, “Of course it’s ours. What else would it be? What exactly are you asking?” This felt unfriendly and made me want to end the interview right then.
They lacked patience with job applicants’ questions and were also quite forceful in their interactions. Just a reminder for everyone to pay closer attention during interviews.
Also, the salary is not particularly high.
