Read the community guidelinesSalary is paid on time. That's all...
1. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the boss has refused to wear a mask and wanders around everywhere, disregarding employee safety.
2. They make excuses to split the year-end bonus and pay it at the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival instead.
3. Bonuses are not awarded based on employee performance. Instead, employees are required to memorize the bizarre health beliefs he promotes. Those who cannot recite them well may even be demoted, while people who slack off and do nothing receive the full amount plus extra. It is extremely unfair.
Unless you have lost your mind, do not work there.
