The work atmosphere is fairly relaxed, although there’s still one old-timer colleague who likes to put on a sour face, and is evasive when you ask questions.
Compared with other bosses who chew out their employees, this company’s boss is considered pretty good.
Cons

Not sure whether they still have every-other-week days off
There are very few employees, yet there’s a strange company culture (a few particular people have the final say on everything).
