合隆電工有限公司
Pros

1. The dormitory environment is fairly new

2. Occasionally, colleagues treat each other to snacks and drinks

3. Nothing else

Cons

1. The salary structure is split into a base salary of 40,000 + a daily on-site work allowance of 700 *D, but taking leave hurts more than under a standard, non-split salary structure.

*The on-site work allowance is only paid for days worked and is not paid on public holidays.

2. Overtime is calculated based on the 40,000 base salary. There is no overtime pay for overtime on regular workdays; it is only paid for overtime on holidays.

3. Depending on the project site, you may have to start more than one hour early, and commuting back to the dormitory can delay the end of your workday.

4. The work is not simply 08:00–17:00. There is no lunch break, and you still have to prepare office work after returning to the dormitory. You usually get home around 19:00–20:00.

5. You may easily receive anonymous complaints, and supervisors will immediately criticize you without questioning them. Even after you clarify the situation and they say it is fine, they may still undermine you behind your back.

6. Supervisors like to handle corrective actions for deficiencies in their own way, then push frontline employees into taking the fall. After a fine is imposed, they shift all the responsibility onto you.

7. Supervisors occasionally boast that the company’s pay is already very high for the industry, unaware that after leaving, you can immediately find jobs paying much more~
