Read the community guidelinesI interviewed there a while ago. The company’s environment was actually quite clean, tidy, and spacious. I also happened to see the reception area distributing several large boxes of snacks and drinks, so the overall atmosphere seemed quite cheerful.
There were two interview rounds. Both the manager in the first interview and the vice president in the second were quite polite and friendly to talk to, which felt good.
The interview test was somewhat challenging and required spending a bit more time thinking.
The dimensions of telecommunications algorithms are rich, offering many levels for R&D development. The process of reasoning together with senior colleagues with research backgrounds is interesting. On the systems side, everything from the parser and DBA to the frontend and backend is challenging.
The technical depth is substantial, and the software application scenarios are also highly verticalized. It takes a long time to gain a comprehensive understanding of the underlying technologies. Integrating the needs of different customers also requires time.
