The boss manages the company in a people-oriented way and cares about all the employees.
Colleagues help one another and get along warmly.
Cons
Every company has its strengths and weaknesses, but having worked for many companies, I would say this company has achieved a fairly good balance. Whether that is good or bad depends on the individual, but young people need to work for several companies to appreciate it: a good job is hard to come by.
