Read the community guidelinesYou apply for a graphic design position, but the boss will say that there isn't that much work and expect you to be able to support other departments when you have free time, just like the other employees. As a result, you have to learn how to print shipping documents, pick orders, pack goods, and provide hands-on support for something called making finished products. In short, if you're too idle and unable to set your own work schedule based on the daily work progress you need to deliver and the estimated schedule you need to provide each week, you're doomed. Then, when there is someone who can replace you or the boss can no longer stand it, that's when it's GG... Think twice.
Although the boss doesn't come to the company every day, they will find out from other people whether you're suitable for the job. If they see that you're too idle or show displeasure when you go to support other departments, then it's probably about time for you to leave.
