This is truly a terrible job. Projects are constantly delayed, yet the boss still expects you to finish everything in a rush. Not only is there no one to train you, but you also have to figure everything out on your own. The least they could do is give new employees an adjustment period. How can anyone let a new employee work for nearly 13 hours on their very first day before allowing them to leave? After working hard for a month, I finally received my paycheck, only to nearly cry when I saw the pay stub. This kind of salary is even lower than what you would get from part-time work; calculated by the hour, part-time work actually pays more. How does that make sense? If you are going to offer this kind of salary, then do not list the salary range as 30,000–40,000. In the end, I received less than I would have made from part-time work. If the boss wants to hire people, they should not try to recruit employees with a banana, as if everyone were fresh out of school.
