Pros
The work is straightforward, you can leave on time, and there is no need to work overtime. Two days off per week, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Suitable for people who want to work in an almost-retirement-like environment.
Cons
Typhoon days off are unpaid (you have to use your leave afterward), there are few employees, and the benefits are poor.
