Cons
The quality of the colleagues is very poor!
Eight out of ten graduated from schools no one has heard of, and their actual abilities are indeed very poor. They can only talk, or otherwise blindly follow the orders of those above them, with no ideas of their own.
No wonder the company isn’t making money.
