Once a week, drinks are ordered.
Once a month, there is a group meal.
Cons
1-If an account is overdue for more than three months, the sales representative responsible for that area must bear 30% of the outstanding debt.
2-They often do not explicitly say that you have to work overtime, but they expect you to do so.
3-There is no overtime pay or compensatory leave for overtime work.
4-Sales representatives must work one day on a weekend each month to help engineers repair machines.
