Applied for a graphic design position, but ended up also handling procurement, sales, and shipping. They made it sound nice by saying there would be feedback, but there was no overtime pay or anything like that. In the end, they required a computer-based test and even said the design work was very simple, so I simply thanked them for their guidance and walked away.

Applied for a graphic designer position, but in reality the job involved miscellaneous errands, warehouse management, inspecting reports, and taking daily photos of the growth of their plants.
They asked me to design a logo, a webpage, and product backgrounds, but refused to explain what type they wanted. They would give suggestions but expected me to implement everything.
After I completed and submitted the work, they ignored it for several days and then replied with just one sentence: “Please include the design concept.”
The job operated under a responsibility-based system, but assignments were always handed out right before the end of the workday.
Once the legally mandated working hours had been reached, they collected everyone’s punch cards and directly clocked them out, then put the cards away.
