Read the community guidelinesThere is a tasty monthly meal each month, but eligibility requirements apply. It is unfair to employees who plan to resign or are laid off during that month, as they cannot enjoy this benefit.
This company really likes hiring newcomers, and its turnover rate is very high. The boss often has a sullen expression, and the company frequently lays people off—even during the probationary period. The work pressure is quite high, so please consider carefully before joining this company.
No particular thoughts.
The CEO conducted the interview personally and spoke very coherently, but lacked the openness to embrace diverse perspectives. He is an unremarkable, ordinary boss.

Position: Sales. The criticisms of this life sciences company in #1113 are all true!! During the interview, the company said the salary was 38K plus a 5K bonus, with fuel, tolls, and parking expenses reimbursed based on actual costs. After joining, it became a base salary of only 30K; the 3K fuel allowance and 1K phone allowance depend on the performance achievement rate. For a sales position, what can you possibly do with 3,000 for fuel, parking, and tolls? What's more, you only have a chance of getting the 3,000 if you achieve 100% of your regional sales target. The company has no systematic training whatsoever from the day new hires join, and no one knows how long the training is supposed to last. An extremely problematic company—please choose carefully before joining.
