Pros

Cons

1. There is absolutely no SOP internally, the equipment is outdated, and the processes are a complete mess. Everyone only asks you to do things their way because it makes their own work more convenient. There is no workload distribution, and a large amount of work will be dumped on new employees.

2. Long-term employees do not work overtime but require new employees to do so (even if you have plans after work, you must get their approval before you can leave).

You will be constantly pressured to work overtime without end. If you do not work overtime, you will be marginalized and subjected to malicious rumors.

3. There are far too many cliques within the company.

4. Even after an employee leaves, people inside the company will continue spreading rumors about them and distorting the facts.

Please think very carefully before joining this company.

Cons

Disregards workload distribution

There are too many long-term employees, causing new hires to be burdened with a large workload.

You will also be endlessly required to work overtime (P.S. According to them, overtime only counts if you work past 10 p.m.).

If you do not work overtime, you will be marginalized and stigmatized.

There are an extreme number of small cliques; think carefully before joining.

Cons

There’s no need to waste time here

The systems, processes, and work allocation all have problems, yet they turn a blind eye

They’ll only tell you: That’s just how our company is

When you raise an issue, it won’t be resolved; instead, the person who raised it has to solve it themselves

They can’t retain capable people

Overtime is very common
